Adult Oil Painting – Mondays – Mitch Turphin

This class is designed to teach basic landscape painting techniques. Students will meet once per week to learn tips and tricks for sky, mist, trees, water reflections, color blending, texture, contrast and depth perspective while working on their painting of the ”Kennet and Avon Canal” (pictured above); by the end of the 6 weeks the participant will walk away with a completed painting of their own! The class is for up to 10 students; space is limited so make sure to sign up today!

Classes are every Monday from 6pm -9pm with instructor Mitch Turphin.

Age: Adults (18 & up)

Cost: $210 for MACC Members, $240 for Non-Members. $50 one-time fee for materials or you can bring your own. Payment can be submitted as cash, credit card, or a check made payable to the Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center.

Supply list will be provided at time of registration.
