Digital Art- Ages 12+

Description: From comics to films, every modern entertainment medium begins with the traditional paper and pencil. This course is an introduction to illustration and how the sketch can be transformed on a phone, tablet or computer. Students will bring their own digital device suitable for drawing to learn and explore creating and drawing art on a tech device. We will discuss different software and applications (Apps) and the universal tools that digital artist need to know. Campers are welcome to bring a preferred stylus; however, we can provide them.                    Ages 12+

The Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center is home to Historic Monthaven Mansion. Circa 1863, Monthaven is nestled in beautiful, Sumner County.

The Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center is Sumner County’s first arts museum of its kind and is an inspiring addition to the Greater Nashville Region’s Arts and Museums community.
