Artist, Jill Mayo, is originally from North Jersey, 10 minutes outside of New York City. She now lives in Tennessee to be near her family. She worked as a graphics art director designing packaging for 25 years before changing careers to become a Pastry Chef in 1992. After retiring, she began painting and art again. She is experienced in watercolors, acrylics & fluid acrylic pouring, jewelry making, paper-crafting, dollhouses, and much more. All of her art tells a story.
Jill has been teaching since 1974, giving her over 40 plus years in a variety of venues. She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with each student. Jill’s art always tells a whimsical story of emotion, narrating her enthusiasm for art and painting.
